Growing up I was always a creative kid with a natural propensity for building. My father was a spirited hobbyist woodworker and handyman and taught me how to use countless tools and building techniques. Thanks Pops! That being said my passion for woodworking would not flourish until much later. My youth was instead spent developing a talent for drawing, a skill which comes in handy these days when sketching new ideas.

     I designed and built my first piece of furniture in 2013. An entertainment center, designed specifically to organize and display all my knick knacks. It was a simple utilitarian piece but I was proud of it and it encouraged me to keep at it. Over the next few years the number of projects I did gradually increased as I became enamored with the building process. Around 2016 I discovered tiny homes and started designing floor plans and 3d models for fun. Being roughly eight times smaller than a typical home, eliminating the nonessential was crucial. This insight pushed me to be become more clever and thoughtful with my designs.
